Shimazakiさん
注文していたMASTEK MS8240Dが届き、早速試してみましたがうまく動作しませんでした。このマルチメーターはcyrustek社のES51922（http://www.cyrustek.com.tw/spec/ES51922.pdf）を使用しているとのことです。また、Uni-T UT61E も、同じコントローラーを使用しているようです。
もし、Shimazakiさんから見て、同じプロトコルを使っているほかのマルチメーターの設定があったらアドバイス願います。
